Rela’s success is largely dependent on recruiting dedicated and hardworking staff.  We have Key workers with a wealth of experience and multiple areas of expertise. The key workers will provide floating support and will also provide support for those who are in our accommodation placements.

We have live in staff who are very friendly and trained to a high level. They will treat the young person with dignity and respect. They will support the young people with day to day living support including financial, medication, cooking etc. They also support emotionally, socially and worked together with key workers and management to ensure that risk assessments, support plans and health and safety.

A positive attitude, life experience and a willingness to learn is sometimes more essential that qualifications as we provide on the job training and support, eLearning and care standard certificates and career developments in the form of gaining nvq level 3 and above.

We have, part time, full time and flexible time positions for suitable candidates.
