Rela team of staff will ensure that all individuals are empowered and involved in the service that we provide. We will ensure that your choices and aspirations are acted upon by the support team that will be working with you.
The team will specialise in supporting you in maintaining and developing all aspects of your life.
This could include employment, education, leisure pursuits managing your tenancy agreement, developing friendships, developing social skills, variety of daily living skills, benefits, finances, emotional support, and much more, it’s your support and we will guide and support you to gain this.
We will endeavour to provide a service whereby you receive the support that you need to assist you in developing your skills and enabling you to reach and achieve your goals, outcomes and aspirations.
Any persons choosing to come to our service are welcome to receive support, any day or time. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have no time restrictions and the choice is yours.
We will work together as a team with you, your family, advocates, Social Services, Education service, and any persons that you want involved.

How do we help?
Autistic people and those with learning difficulties may face struggles on a day-to-day basis. At RELA Support Services, we help them think positively, involving them in meaningful and effective activities to explore their qualities and strengths.
We help them learn and work; to do so, we explore employment opportunities where they can use their skills to work independently. With us, they get professional assistance in performing their tasks. We help them lead their life based on their preferences, thus enhancing their self-determination and level of confidence.
We will develop a support plan and package with you for your individual needs, ensuring you feel empowered and enabling you to have an input in the programme that you have developed that enables you to live as independently as possible in your own home or your family home.
Rela Supported Living Services Ltd is a registered service provider offering support throughout Kent and Medway. We work closely with both Kent and Medway Social Services. We do accept referrals from other authorities and from direct payments.
Rela Supported Living Services Ltd are Registered with CQC.
As a service we ensure we work in accordance with and will comply with all CQC regulations and standards.

To keep our accommodations a safe premise, safety and fire audits are undertaken by health and safety experts. Safety and Compliance
Incident management
We believe that incident management is a “must-have” to keep our accommodations a safer place. We identify the risks and make preventive measures. We have a separate Incident Management Team that focuses on the issues and their impact on our services. With their guidance and suggestions, we make our accommodations less vulnerable to negative events.
Compliance
Our services are inspected by the regulators and the assurance staff. All facilities meet the national regulatory standards of compliance. The Director of Compliance monitors our services and helps us accomplish the best possible rates of compliance with regulatory standards.
Internal inspection
Internal inspections are carried out at the sites that are at the risk of non-compliance. The Compliance Inspectors thoroughly analyse the specific areas and monitor them. They provide us with the solutions that can be applied to make our facilities meet the specifications set in the law.
Compliance inspector
Our services are checked and analysed by Compliance Inspectors who make sure all our facilities are according to the national standards. They also give their feedback and suggestions for the betterment of our work and highlight the areas that need improvement.
